Our client, a prestigious Tampa law firm is looking for a commercial litigation paralegal to join their Litigation group. Candidates must be able to take a deal from start to conclusion, take ownership and make a valuable contribution to a dynamic team.

Successful candidates will have: 

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience as a commercial or general business litigation paralegal in a law firm 
• Knowledge of Federal and Florida state court rules 
• Experience in drafting and preparing documents
• Experience in a mid- to large-size firm is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills.
