What's This Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 2-3 years of previous account management experience, preferably in the telecom, real estate, or hospitality industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promote Zentro Internet services within MDU properties in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets.
  • Conduct retail Internet sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Actively engage with property management teams to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Perform property-level penetration analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for increasing market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of Internet services and provide ongoing support to customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in account management, preferably within the telecom, real estate, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of Internet technologies and services is a plus.
