Job Title: Junior Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Largo, FL

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic team in Largo, FL. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and possess strong organizational skills. Construction industry experience is a plus, and excellent communication skills are essential to handle daily service calls effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address payment-related inquiries.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
• High School diploma required.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to handle daily service calls.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word & Excel, Adobe, and Sales Force.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
