Personal Injury/ Worker's Comp Attorney
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree & active license to practice law in Illinois.
Experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with proven track record of successful case outcomes.
Experience handling Worker's Comp claims.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, & client management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation/worker's compensation matters from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings. motions, & other legal documents.
Represent clients in court hearing, depositions, arbitrations, & mediations.
Negotiate settlements & communicate effectively with client, opposing counsel & insurance companies.
Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in personal injury litigation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
