What's the opportunity?

As Manager of business operations your work would have an enormous influence on business decisions. The role would involve supporting the simplfied.io business unit & global sales team with all operational requirements in a timely manner; ensuring processes are in place for operational efficiencies to support rapid scaling and that reporting provides insights into where attention needs to be givenand pinpoints the reasons why they fell short of or hit their goals. As the right-hand to business leadership, you would be counted on to find answers to the hard questions. You would also be managing and coordinating with a growing team of sales operations professionals and would be responsible for prioritizing tasks, providing strategic input and guidance to make sure deadlines and company objectives are met.

What will I be doing?

• Responsible for the complex reporting and analysis involved in business performance metrics & sales forecasting
• Develop key performance metrics to measure the activities that have the most significant impact on business performance
• Develop necessary reports to track those KPIs over time, and compile dashboards that the business leaders can use to keep tabs on their product and team performance
• Analyze Pricing and Bundle Structures across regions and verticals and make recommendations 
• Develop and propose Pricing models for new products
• Recognize trends in adoption and sales data and provide recommendations to leadership
• Manage the use of CRM (Salesforce) infrastructure for the business unit by collaborating with the Salesforce Admin
• Identify operational and process inefficiencies in business performance/execution and recommend solutions. Such decision making should be based on having deep data analysis capabilities built within the team.

What skills do I need?

• Bachelor’s degree with MBA from a top tier school
• At least 8 years' experience with 5 years of experience working in business, sales operations/associated function
• Expertise in data analysis, trends, and defining optimal business processes
• Experience developing product pricing is a BIG PLUS!
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Comfortable presenting findings to the executive team
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic, geographically spread team while demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a focus on delivering results
• Willingness to work extended hours during periods of high demand like quarter-close or year-end
• A strong sense of ownership and a pro-active attitude
