Accounts Administrator

ZENNER USA Administrative Department – Addison, TX

ZENNER USA is looking for a skilled Accounts Administrator to oversee accounts payable and receivable. The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling all company reports generated as well as provide collections support to sales and administrative team.

This position will follow company accounting processes to perform general accounting duties. Responsibilities may include any task related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice reconciliation, data entry, or other administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Processing accounts payable and receivable

- Review, reconcile, and enter items received into accounting system

- Preparing reports at various intervals and frequencies showing departmental, project, and company accounting metrics

- Calls to customers and suppliers regarding collections policies, procedures, and past due statements

- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures

- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures

- Communicating with suppliers, customers, ZENNER management, and other entities to provide information and answer questions related to accounting activities.

- Enter customer orders and send acknowledgements when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Reader

- Proficiency in Google Drive applications (Docs, Sheets, and Forms)

- Highly detailed oriented with bookkeeping

- Quick response to customer and management inquiries

- Maintain the recording and processing of information.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or Business

- Exposure to Salesforce

- Experience with Sage 100

- Finance, budgeting, planning, inventory, tracking, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.66 - $26.09 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Addison, TX 75001: Relocate before starting work (Required)
