Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in overseeing strategic and innovative projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong client interaction skills and Federal project management experience. A deep understanding of Grants Management is desirable. Proficiency in emerging technologies such as AI, Gen AI, RPA, and ML is essential. Additionally, hands-on software development experience is necessary to lead project teams effectively. An active Public Trust clearance is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
Coordinate with clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
Utilize Federal project management methodologies to ensure compliance and successful project execution.
Apply expertise in Grants Management to streamline processes and optimize project outcomes.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies (AI, Gen AI, RPA, ML) and assess their potential application within projects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to foster growth and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software development processes into project workflows.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet project goals and objectives.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges proactively.
Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management, preferably within the Federal sector.
Demonstrated proficiency in Grants Management processes and procedures.
Strong client interaction skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Gen AI, RPA, and ML.
Hands-on experience in software development methodologies and practices.
Active Public Trust clearance is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
