Job SummaryThe Associate Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the successful release of customer-facing products and services at OVHcloud US. This encompasses working with the Product team to initiate new products and services, identify needed resources and workstreams, develop and drive the project plan in conjunction with cross-functional stakeholders. Communicate clearly and effectively with global teams to ensure optimal interaction and continued success. Provide quality reporting and eliminate blockers or barriers. Manage meeting schedules, identify operational and integration issues, and recommend solutions/escalate to management as needed.The ideal candidate will be truly passionate about growing a global company, comfortable in a fast-paced and fluid environment, able to manage competing priorities, and able to maintain composure when unforeseen obstacles arise. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Create & maintain project plans.
• Maintain and communicate to all stakeholders via status reports and other reporting
• Manage stakeholder and project sponsor expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Develop, review and manage change requests.
• Define project tasks and personnel requirements.
• Assist in directing cross-functional teams to achieve business solutions within project guidelines.
• Facilitate regular status update meetings.
• Collect and document action items from all team meetings and follow up with team members accordingly.
• Monitor project performance and action items to meet established deadlines and deliverables.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• 2 years of experience project/development management in a high-tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field; equivalent, relevant experience is considered in lieu of degree.
• Agile or CSM certification is strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools, (JIRA/Confluence a strong plus).
• Experience in project/program management fundamentals (software development life cycles and quality processes, scope, schedule, deliverables, change management, risk management).
• Possess a passion for lightweight, effective processes and methodologies that will improve the organization's productivity.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Must have the ability and enjoy working on multiple projects in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
• Must take a consultative approach when driving projects.
