OVHcloud is Hiring a Digital Sales Agent Near Reston, VA

Job Summary The Digital Sales Agent is responsible for lead generation, prospecting to support the growth of OVHcloud, and generating business sales from new clients. This role will use the OVHcloud website as a marketing vehicle to interact with potential future customers and increase conversions. Proactively engage with prospects over chat, follow up with abandoned carts, and manage callbacks for digital leads. This is an exciting position for candidates who are motivated by the opportunity to grow our brand and our presence in the US. There is unlimited potential to grow personally and professionally in this role and with OVHcloud US. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Own chat communications on the website and engage with potential future customers.
  • Develop and execute a prospecting plan that engages new contacts and consistently brings new clients to OVHcloud.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead generation and outbound cold/warm emails and calls.
  • Execute win-back campaigns to retain churning customer accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive lead generation and contact incoming leads on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to transfer and accept chat sessions depending on topics and required expertise (technical vs. sales).
  • Contribute to Sales and Marketing business development strategies, events and activities.
  • Answer incoming emails and chats with sales-specific questions.
  • Perform outbound email and telephone prospecting campaigns based on internal and external lists.
  • Contact existing customers to obtain referrals.
  • Contact existing customers to cross-sell complementary products.
  • Investigate potential vertical markets and prospect in these markets.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and sustain a database of business opportunities.
  • Communicate with potential customers over the phone and via email and provide excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an enterprise sales environment to include identification of potential qualified leads.
  • Associate degree or equivalent and relevant years of experience.
  • Experience with at least one Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • A good understanding of cloud infrastructure and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical concepts, processes, details, and skills, and be able to effectively communicate them to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow a plus.
