BUSINESS ANALYST
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The EDI Business Analyst is focused on applications and processes related to the customer experience and is responsible for gathering requirements, user acceptance testing of EDI systems, producing complex reporting, and driving resolution to business production issues to improve our EDI systems and technology. In this role, you will engage and collaborate with the
EDI teams across 3 countries, Business Stakeholders, and IS teams to identify opportunities to utilize technology related to our internal processes. You will also identify the best solution to streamline processes by acknowledging and understanding people, processes, and technology. The role supports various EDI teams in Canada, the US, and Mexico. This position will require providing service, building and maintaining positive relationships with the business, and functioning as a team player.
