Zenetex is looking for a motivated Facilities Manager to join the Faculty team at the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU). This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. DSCA's mission is to advance U.S. national security and foreign policy interests by building the capacity of foreign security forces to respond to shared challenges. DSCA leads the broader U.S. security cooperation enterprise in its efforts to train, educate, advise, and equip foreign partners. DSCA administers security cooperation programs that support U.S. policy interests and objectives. In this position, you will be teaching Military Officers, Civilians and Industry personnel theories, principles and practices of Security Cooperation. 

Description

As the Facilities Manager, the candidate must be able to:

• Oversee and handle facilities operations, to include HVAC, building maintenance and working with the Base Civil Engineering department
• Develop and implement, with guidance from DSCUs Deputy Director of Academic Support and Supervisory Support Manager, procedures for managing classroom and faculty supplies and equipment
• Directly responsible for the procedures and inventory management for all DSCU supplies and other than printed materials
• Lift boxes in support of all DSCU MTTs -- the contractor is required to utilize safety belts and equipment for this specific duty. Safety equipment will be furnished by DSCU
• Assemble furniture (i.e., chairs, tables, etc.) -- the contractor is required to utilize safety belts and equipment for this specific duty. Safety equipment will be furnished by DSCU
• Setup video camera in specified classroom for Instructors to record BOI’s

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related field
• Possess a valid driver’s license to be able to drive a GVT vehicle

Allowable Substition:

• 2-year combined experience in building management/maintenance, asset and inventory management, or facilities operations

Security Clearance

• This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Active clearance highly desired.
