Teaching Assistant Are you wanting experience in an early childhood center? We are looking for short-term, long term part-time, and full-time Teaching Assistants to work with early years education, preschools, and daycares. Zen Educate is looking for educators who are passionate about teaching and positively contributing to children’s educational journey and their communities. Teaching Assistants will support licensed teachers in the classroom and gain invaluable experience. Key Duties: Assisting the classroom teacher Work with individual and (or) small groups of students to reinforce instructed material Assist in compiling classroom communications Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning Maintaining a safe learning environment Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student learning experiences and support them as needed Minimum Requirements: High School Degree or GED 1-year experience working with children Pediatric First aid & CPR certification Preferred Requirements: Associates Degree or higher ParaPro Certification or similar Past work experience in a school Experience working with children with special educational needs Additional Requirements: Additional requirements include US Work Authorization.
