**Sales Administrative Support Specialist**

We serve architects, engineers, and contractors throughout North America helping them control labor expense and material costs. We are the single largest company in our industry and continue to have explosive growth.

We are adding Sales Administrative Support Specialist in our Phoenix office to continue to grow our business and assist the team.

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for a diverse range of functions that contribute to the overall sales department. This position reports directly to the Sales Director and will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously to accomplish all goals within the constraints provided. This is a full-time salary exempt position and reports to the Phoenix office.

**Role/Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional support in all administrative tasks related to the Sales process for the sales team

* Conduct customer service calls for active and completed proposals and projects

* Prepare client quotation sheets and photograph products

* Utilize SalesForce database CRM to provide details, document activities, research, and generate reports

* Manage shared drive and organize documents

* Assist with and track Request for Proposals, Pre-Qualification processes, Request for Information process and active proposals

* Attend and document sales meetings/sales presentations for de-brief and action items

* Create sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation format

* Schedule presentations or meetings for key account manager(s) and account executive(s) with key or targeted accounts

* Research clients, projects and sales leads when necessary

* Communicate essential information to team in a timely manner

* Act as a liaison between the Sales Department and other cross functional teams

* Maintain office supplies when in the office

**Education/Credentials/Skills**

2-3 years of administration and sales support experience

* Must be comfortable using and working with technology

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Microsoft Office products

* Time management skills

**Work Environment**

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, video conferencing tools and cameras, phones, copiers, etc.
