Sharon Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for assisting with customer needs effectively and efficiently by providing complete customer service from the point of inquiry through shipment and invoicing. The position will build relationships in an effort to get the first call and last look--establishing a position as front-line customer advocate. The position will manage their desk independently and will be expected to be an expert for their own assigned customers. This position will be located at the Church Street Facility and report to the Customer Service Manager.
