We seek someone who is goal oriented, has a proven track record as a service advisor and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• 2-3 Years Service Advisor Experience.
• CDK Experience Preferred.
• $60-160k based on your experience and sales ability.
• Great Attitude, High Energy & Dependability Required.
• Clean Driving Record

Duties & Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments
• Greets customers in a timely and friendly manner while obtaining vehicle information
• Writes up customer's vehicle problems with accuracy and clarity on repair order
• Refers to service history, inspects vehicle and recommends additional needed service
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day
• Contacts customer regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and obtains proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
