$70,000 - $75,000 per year

The primary responsibility of the sales manager is to hold the sales reps accountable for the production numbers that they commit to. Sales managers have to oversee and manage the quantity and type of prospecting/marketing activities that the sales reps complete on a daily and weekly basis. He or she monitors results closely to make adjustments to the rep's activity to improve results that are lagging. The sales manager assists with sales rep training, development, and improvement through coaching. He or she must lead by example and be committed to performing the same tasks as the team.

Other responsibilities are required such as;

• Generate sales by doing the same activity as the sales reps
• Prospecting by completing the same prospecting activity as the sales reps
• Assist in training reps in the office and the field
• Mentor sales reps
• Monitor daily activity reports
• Monitor sales reports
• Monitor prospect reports
• Monitor NRA reports
• Assist sales reps with contingencies and contracts
• Know how to properly measure any type of project
• Know how to price any type of project
• Perform the same field marketing/prospecting activities as the sales reps in order to open up areas for new sales reps

• Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of Roofing Sales experience
• Great organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Outgoing personality and ability to create rapport with clients
• Professional work etiquette and respectful attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a personal sense of integrity and show respect for clients
• Must be able to work independently yet have a team player mindset
• Must be comfortable climbing roofs

We are licensed General Contractors that specialize in commercial and residential roofing. Our roofing types include shingles, metal, TPO, and PVC, etc. We are certified in many types of shingles and commercial roofing.
