Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including team management, food safety, customer service, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant or hospitality management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Duties: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning - Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and ensure high-quality food service - Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance - Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement Requirements: - Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience - Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management - Solid understanding of kitchen operations and culinary techniques - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
