Overview

Position Overview: The Inside Sales Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Outside and Inside Sales Teams by facilitating communication between internal departments, customers, and vendors. This role requires a strong understanding of building materials and exceptional customer service skills.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Preferred: three years of experience in experience lumber and millworks

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Familiarity with BisTrack Point of Sale (training provided).
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with keen attention to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
