ZAG Motors is looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to join our growing sales department. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in driving sales performance while providing visionary leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hires, trains, motivates and monitors the performance of all Sales Team
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the Sales Team
• Helps salespeople close deals when necessary
• Desk deals and track gross
• Ensures Sales Team maintain a high customer satisfaction rating
• Oversee sales operation, sales effectiveness, sales training & development and customer satisfaction experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in an automotive sales management role
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach in sales training and team development
• Dynamic, motivated, and results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
