Zadig and Voltaire is looking for dynamic Supervisors and Key Holders to work at our new Madison Avenue location, opening May 1, 2024.

• The Role:

-As a Z&V Key Holder or Supervisor you are responsible for supporting the GM in reaching the store targets and goals. When the GM is not present, you are the store team lead and are responsible to customer service, replenish, train and develop your associates. Zadig & Voltaire is an equal opportunity employer.

Sale and Service Skills: - Manage your team to reach and exceed the store targets as outlined by the AGM/GM. - Constant floor presence to help maximize selling opportunities. -Create a positive and rewarding client experience by ensuring that the customer takes priority at all times. - Delivering outstanding and personal customer service experience while complying with standards. -Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches. -Clientele Development and Customer Data collection for the purpose of building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities. -Utilize the available marketing tools to engage current and new business and drive sales. -Embrace and utilize technology to enhance customer experience. - Demonstrate a passion for the luxury sector and knowledgeable of industry, market and fashion trends. The Qualities & Requirements: -Proven track record in Customer / Clientele Sales and achieving results. -Focused on achieving the sales targets/goals. - Providing an excellent customer service and interested in exceeding the customer expectations. -Strong knowledge of team management, training and techniques. -Knowledge of Retail POS system, MS Office and Google Docs. - Demonstrate the ability to manage priorities, multi-task and pay close attention to details. - Strong verbal, written and communication skills. -Passionate about the mid-luxury sector and working knowledge of trends (fashion, retail, industry and market.) - Positive and proactive attitude and team working skills. - Sense of flexibility, responsibility, adaptability, and independence. The Responsibilities of a Supervisor’s Role: Operations: -Working knowledge of product line and categories-Manage the opening and closing procedures for your location and ensure adherence.-Manage the deliveries of new collection and ensure the replenishment happens effectively.- Follow upon customer communication and/or escalations.-Operate company systems. Loss Prevention: - Performing regularly scheduled inventory and communicating stock discrepancies to the logistics department.-Daily maintenance of the cash-log process and recovery.-Communicate and train staff on the in store loss prevention procedure/process. Visual Merchandising: - Implement, execute and manage the VM vision of the company by interpreting guides, renderings and layouts per the store space via weekly Company Focus.-Knowledge of Visual Merchandising tools.-- Support the introduction and maintenance of daily replenishment of the products on the shop floor.-Communicate and Train the Visual Merchandising standards to your colleagues.- Be involved in the implementation of the new collection on the shop floor.- Ensure the shop floor and the windows are maintained in a clean and a tidy condition. Human Resources: -Be aware of the impact of behavior on others.-Provide help and advice to colleagues to achieve goals/targets.-Manage a portion of the Payroll Process.- Lead by example, providing the best customer service and attitude in the store.- Coach and motivate your team by giving them targets to achieve.-Provide on the spot feedback and follow-up.- Create a positive atmosphere by motivating and recognizing achievements within the team.
