Job Purpose:
To audit and correct paperwork performed by Guest Service Agents and Food and Beverage operations. To prepare reports for Management involving rooms and food & beverage activity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees.
•Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
•Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
•Audits auditors and gsa paperwork, balances postings, performs computer operations and maintains the Front Office computer system.
•Audits daily F&B paperwork, balances postings, performs computer operations, and maintains the F&B computer system.
•Balance credit card entries in the Electronic Data Capture (EDQ) program and Dollars On The Net system for all room charges and F&B transactions for the day.
•Communicates end of day issues and problems that might occur throughout shift. Reconciles credit card system to daily transaction list from rooms
•Use Callback program as needed.
•Perform Guest Service Agent duties during regular night audit shift hours.
•Other duties as assigned.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
EXPERIENCE:
Prior hospitality experience preferred.
