Piper Companies is looking for a Salesforce Triage Specialist to join a Fortune 100 technology company, providing platforms that help connect people around the world. This is a fully onsite job based in Atlanta GA, Miami FL, Pittsburgh PA, or Washington DC.

Essential Duties of theSalesforce Triage Specialist:

• Monitor ticket queues, triage and resolve intake requests and identify incidents.
• Create tickets and tasks, when applicable, based on user request.
• Escalate to Tier 1-2 and/or product expert when necessary.

Qualifications of theSalesforce Triage Specialist:

• 1-2 years of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or human resources (HR) experience with an interest on getting more focused in IT.
• 1 years of experience on the Salesforce platform, including data model, workflows, and security model.
• 1 years of experience in an application support role with triage and troubleshooting.

Compensation for theSalesforce Triage Specialist:

• $45,000 - $69,000 (based on experience)
