Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to provide expert insight into process engineering design and improvements for a biotech company in Manchester, NH . This role assists with the development of scale up operations to prepare for production stage.
Responsibilities for the Sr. Process Engineer include:
Work with R&D teams to develop and document SOPs and internally transferred processes related to scale up, production, GMP tech transfer, etc.
Implement and maintain documentation and data analyses essential to operation workflows.
Lead team operational efforts, including scale up, production, optimization, continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and change management.
Collaborate internally and externally to achieve project objectives for process feasibility, process development, and process validation.
Support 3D print operations through QC testing, solution mixing, 3D printing, and/or post processing as needed.
Ensure compliance with all applicable SOPs and/or regulations.
Qualifications for the Sr. Process Engineer include:
3-5 years of experience with SLA/DLP based 3D bioprinting methods and post processing techniques is required.
o Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering (or similar degree) 5 years of experience OR...
o Master of Science in Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related 3 years of experience.
1 years of direct product development and change management experience.
Experience with biomaterial formulations and 3D printing processes.
Compensation for the Sr. Process Engineer includes:
Salary Range: approximately $100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience
