Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales of electrical products.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and generating leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotes, and technical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, technical support, and delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors to position offerings effectively.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and forecast future sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, leads, and opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through self-learning and training programs.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business interactions.

Qualifications:

- Manufacturing experience is a MUST

- Bilingual in Spanish is Required

- Electrical product sales knowledge is preferred

- Pay range: $20-$40/hr depending on experience
