Z Best Home Care is looking for an experienced Home Care Marketer with at least two years of home care field marketing experience in the Bronx, NY.
In the role of the Community Liaison, you will serve as the face of our team in building relationships with referral sources in the local market helping to exceed the growth goals of the organization.This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working in the community, to help find the care and health related services needed, in the community.
We welcome those who bring existing relationships such as clinics, and community centers.Job ResponsibilitiesBring workable patient referrals to the agency
Develop new referral sources in the community
Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources - daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted livings facilities and to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options
Promote our professional services within the community.
Maintain complete and concise written documentation relating to all sales activity to assure appropriate lead tracking and follow-up
Event coordination and community liaison - participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc.
Job Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid/Medicare guidelines and MLTCs important
Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills a must
2 years of experience as a Home Care Marketer/Business Development Manager.

- Independently Motivated
- Available to work in the field - this is NOT an office position
