Employment Services Case Manager

YWCA Madison is seeking candidates for a Employment Services Case Manager. 

The Employment Services Case Manager is responsible for working with participants in developing a plan to realize their long term employment goals as well as performing case management. This position is also responsible for Initiating and maintaining contact with a variety of business and industry representatives to identify and understand their workforce needs and to promote the placement of job seekers. 

This is a full-time (36 hours per week), salaried position with an excellent benefits package. Starting Salary is: $50,000 annually.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years related experience in addition to 2-4 years experience working with communities of color and low income communities. 

Candidates should support the mission of the YWCA: eliminating racism, empowering women and demonstrate multi-cultural competency and the ability to work with diverse populations.
