Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Case Manager

YWCA Madison is seeking candidates for a Case Manager for the Rapid Rehousing (RRH) program. The Rapid Rehousing Case Manager will provide housing search support and case management services in order to assist program participants in obtaining and/or maintaining housing. In addition to case management, this position will provide coordination assistance to the Rapid Rehousing Coordinator. The Rapid Rehousing Case Manager will provide culturally inclusive, trauma informed services and will incorporate best practice techniques into the program. 

The ideal candidate will have a BSW or BS/BA in a related field, and/or combination of education and equivalent experience (equivalent experience may include a combination of post-secondary education and employment/internship within social services)

Candidates should also support the mission of the YWCA: eliminating racism and empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all, and demonstrate multicultural knowledge and humility, along with the ability to work with diverse populations. This is a full-time (36 hours per week), salaried position. We offer an excellent benefits package and starting salary of $50,000/year.
