Founded in 2009, Yummy Mummy is a national Durable Medical Equipment supplier of breast pumps and supplies, contracted with more than 100 insurance plans and located in Manhattan.
We are looking for a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude as well as the ability to problem-solve efficiently.
```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries or issues via phone, email, or chat
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information
- Upsell products or services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Ability to effectively analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus
