Yulista Tactical Services LLC is Hiring a Remote General Clerk III

Yulista Tactical Services LLC Regular Primary Function The General Clerk III follows clearly detailed specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence. This position prepares traveler information at first notification of impending travel and again upon return of the traveler to the facility. Essential Duties ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up. • Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. Must be able to communicate issues to management. • Post charges to individual accounts. • Calculate and post charges to departmental accounts. • Operate basic office equipment, e.g., photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone/voicemail systems, mailing machines, and MS Office computer programs. • Proofread records or forms. • Sort and file records. • Ability to multi-task. • Assist in a variety of administrative matters. • Maintain a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically). • Verify statistical reports for accuracy and completeness. • Reconcile expense reports monthly. • The General Clerk III may be required to perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. • At the first notification that a travel event is requested, this position prepares email requests for 1) customer approval of travel requests and 2) a request for charge codes developed for each travel event. • Hard copy folders are created for each trip and the trip is added to an electronic log. • Folders are created in the electronic log to house approval emails, per diem calculation sheets, receipts, and itineraries. • Prepare travel packets for travelers. • ACH per diem is calculated and entered in the T&E system. • Once travel is completed, traveler submits receipts for review by the General Clerk. Receipt information is used to create an expense report in the Yulista T&E system. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Beginner to intermediate computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs. Working knowledge of advanced software applications is preferred. • Ability to enter data accurately into databases. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policies and government travel regulation rules. • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. • Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. Will also routinely interact with other crew members. • Must possess effective oral and technical written communication skills to clearly communicate information to others. • Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, scanner, printers, etc. • Ability to follow a process. • Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista Solutions goals. • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations. • High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. • Experience using EXCEL. • Organizational skills. Required Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Experience inputting data to EXCEL spreadsheets. • Experience supporting a NASA/DoD contract is preferred. • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
