YPrime's Commercial team is searching for a Manager, Commercial Operations. In this role, you will partner with our West Coast-based Sales and Operations teams to support all aspects of YPrime's proposal process.

• Minimum of 3 years in clinical trial operations with a focus on either eCOA or IRT
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in supporting, leading, or developing proposals and responses to RFP/RFR/RFI requests
• Strong collaboration, organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience reading and interpreting clinical protocols

Here are some more details about the job:

• You'll support all aspects of YPrime's proposal process
• You'll serve as owner for assigned proposals, including subsequent revisions
• You'll partner with Business Development to build and conduct customized product demonstrations
• You'll provide expert protocol (and supporting document) review; capture project details within pricing tool to ensure solution scope matches the customer's expectations
• You'll coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure that client requests are appropriately addressed in all proposals
• You'll incorporate review comments, and prepare final proposal and/or RFP
• You'll edit for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and consistent voice as well as make swift decisions without compromising integrity or timelines
• You'll manage multiple proposals simultaneously
• You'll maintain, continuously update, and improve all internal and client-specific proposal content and templates
• You'll utilize YPrime technology to capture objective evidence, screen shots, or technical mockups to strengthen the proposal content
• As needed, you'll write clear, compelling, and compliant RFI and RFP responses by translating clinical protocol details within the proposal
• You'll identify opportunities for process improvement related to proposal generation and supporting processes.
• You'll identify items that are behind schedule and barriers to progress and plan and implement effective and efficient problem-solving and corrective action plans
