**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and providing excellent customer service.
**Duties:**
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new markets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Sale gym membership contracts and close deals with customers
- Analyze sales data to improve strategies and identify areas for growth
- Provide sports training performance sales support to customers
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in gym membership sales
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in Spanish or a 2nd language is a plus
- Experience in youth sports training sales and account management is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
