Status: Part Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: Security position is to ensure the safety of the building, staff, and youth within the facility.
- Responsible to ensure the safety of the building, office, staff, and youth.
- Be observant and monitor all people entering the building and assist personnel with security issues as needed.
- Search and detect to screen youth to prevent the passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience being in a security position is preferred but not required.
