We are looking for a full time bilingual treatment coordinator at our private office. The Treatment Plan Coordinator has a primary responsibility of ensuring that all treatment planning, sequencing, scheduling and information related to appropriate patient management is documented. Dental office scheduling experience is a must. This person will be responsible for inputting the treatment plan and all of the critical patient information in Dentrix. The Treatment Plan Coordinator is to communicate all daily schedules each morning to the Manager, and Dentists . The Treatment Plan Coordinator will also provide administrative support services to the Manager. The Treatment Plan Coordinator will provide a high-level of customer service. Communication and strong organizational skills are critical to the success of this position. Salary commensurate on experience
KPIs / Performance Metrics
● Maintains high case acceptance rate (85% case acceptance).
● Maintain a clean, organized work area (90% compliance).
● Attends team/company meetings and contributes to mandatory/required training (100% participation).
● -Treatment plan acceptance (rate of 98% or above)
● -PPO insurance knowledge (85% case acceptance)
● -Patient financing experience with Care Credit, Lending Club and Sunbit (85% case acceptance)
Required Qualifications
● 5 years experience in a dental office
● Knowledge and experience with dental treatment plans and PPO insurance requirements required
● Experience in a customer service
● Insurance verification interpretation
● Must have ability to multitask front office duties including phone, scheduling and insurance verification with Dentrix
● Presenting treatment – Must be able to effectively communicate the value and importance of treatment to the patient and make financial arrangements
● Must be detailed oriented
● Must have math skills
● Must be comfortable working on the computer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
