We are now hiring a dynamic Staffing Coordinator to join our new team! The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating the scheduling and deployment of healthcare personnel, ensuring adequate coverage for resident care.
The Staffing Coordinator for Nursing Services will be responsible for the design and implementation of staffing patterns for licensed RNs, LPNs, CNAs and other nursing assistant employees in accordance with the staffing needs of the facility, defined by resident population, and the time frame set forth by the facility.

STAFFING COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS :
Manages securing appropriate coverage for absences, scheduled and unscheduled, adjusting daily and master schedule as required.
Participates in in-service training.
