Position Summary: Work directly with the customers by mixing and serving drink orders. Verify age requirements, take food orders, manage inventory, and clean bar supplies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, alcohol, and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, present bar/menu and take food and drink orders.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Prep juices, syrups, and garnishes.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Manage inventory on all supplies.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Base Pay and Compensation:
The Bartender will receive an hourly wage ranging from $17.50 - $24.00, plus tips. This position is a part-time position and will require you to work weekends, days, afternoons, and holidays as needed.

Requirements
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Bartender experience.
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Knowledge of bar and food menu items.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
- Completion of Food Handlers Card Required within 30 days of employment.
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Bartender experience preferred.
- Responsible Beverage Service Training (18 )
