**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled or apprentice Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite sushi dishes and a strong base of culinary experience!

**Pay**

- Hourly pay depending on experience -- starting at $13

- Tip share paid out in cash weekly

**Responsibilities**

- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision and attention to detail

- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate overall meal production

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station

- Monitor and manage inventory of sushi ingredients

- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

**Preferred Skills**

- Proficiency in sushi preparation techniques

- Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment

- Strong knife skills for precise cutting and presentation

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
