Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a smooth dining experience.
Train and manage servers, providing guidance on menu knowledge, service standards, and customer interaction.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain efficient order delivery and uphold the quality of food and beverages.
Ensure a clean and organized dining area, including the setting and clearing of tables.
Efficiently process take-out orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server (Preferred).
Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and the ability to explain the menu to customers.
Proficient in using serving trays, carrying plates, and balancing multiple orders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team member interaction.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work in a dynamic floor environment.
