Maintenance Technician needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client in Warwick, RI.
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Shift Times: M-F:7am-3pm OR 9-6pm, possible Saturdays on call
What You'll Be Doing:
* Responsible for tasks within 3 story building-preventative maintenance, vendor escorts, ensuing all scopes of work are completed though WO system
* Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds.
* WO system-responsible for completing scope of task and closing once completed
* HVAC troubleshooting
* Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance.
* Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, heating and cooling.
Required:
* Dealing with client face to face daily-strong communication needed
* Commercial maintenance experience is a MUST HAVE for this role
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 2-3 years of commercial maintenance related experience
