The Maintenance Technician position is Full-Time with a pay rate of $24/hr along with a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus!

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine maintenance repairs (finishing work, painting, and grounds keeping)
• Handling light construction, electrical, and plumbing repairs
• Working indoors and out; in all weather conditions depending on the needs of the job

Education/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in building maintenance required
• Knowledge of light electrical and plumbing repair required
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred
• Monday - Friday, Flex to meet the needs of the agency
• Able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 75-100 pounds
• Background check
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
