About the JobCompletes a thorough assessment of the member’s fitness level and uncovers any medical problems and obtains signed release form. Establishes personal goals and objectives for the member.Plans a program appropriate to the goals and objectives of the member.Discusses the program with the member to assure that the program is meeting his/her basic goals and objectives.Assesses and reassess member needs at each session.Maintains records of each member’s needs at each session.Attends staff meetings and workshops.Maintains all personal certifications by attending workshops and recertification training.Proactively build up a client base of individuals in order to support overall branch goal.Performs fitness evaluation for clients and members as needed.
