The Downtown YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Service Associates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. This part-time position starts at $12 per hour. Looking for candidates that are available to work 7:00am-3:00pm and 5:00pm-9:00pm.
DUTIES of a Member Services Associate
Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships and completing program registrations.
QUALIFICATIONS of a Member Services Associate
Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
