Rate of pay $17.73 - $22.16. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Create and develop programs.
- Establish relationships and partnerships with local high schools to provide information about the teen programs offered.
- Facilitate five-week Workforce Development program.
- Work with Directors for Membership, Fitness, Facilities, Aquatics, and Childcare in the job placement for cohorts who have successfully completed the program.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
- Minimum age 21.
- Must obtain CPR, First Aid within 30 days of hire.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
