Rate of pay $17.73 - $22.16. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Create and develop programs.
• Establish relationships and partnerships with local high schools to provide information about the teen programs offered.
• Facilitate five-week Workforce Development program.
• Work with Directors for Membership, Fitness, Facilities, Aquatics, and Childcare in the job placement for cohorts who have successfully completed the program.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
• Minimum age 21.
• Must obtain CPR, First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.

Preferred Qualification

• Multi-lingual skills
