The Delaware Department of Correction(DOC) is expanding the construction training offerings to the residents at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center. DOC will hire a contractual part-time instructor or instructors to provide the delivery of the NCCER Carpentry program at the institution which is 170 hours. The instructor rate is $37 per hour.
