The Assistant Camp Director is responsible for overseeing the resident camp program. This includes managing the daily schedule, supervising specialists, and ensuring program success. They work with Leadership and Support Staff to maintain a positive camp environment and communicate essential updates to counselors, kitchen staff, and the medic. Candidates must be 18 or older with a clean driving record and have prior camp experience. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and communication skills are essential.
