Responsibilities:  

• Manage production for our high quality services, using best management practices, and working efficiently and safely at all times; including maintenance, renovation, annual flowers, irrigation, holiday décor and snow operations.
• Enhancement Sales on existing properties.
• Establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and potential clients. This position will be the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients to ensure creative solutions, satisfaction and quality work.
• Full-scope Management of a commercial property portfolio.
• Fostering a work environment where Safety is recognized as “The Tool for Life".
• Employee Development and training of service personnel to provide exceptional service.

Requirements: 

• A landscape professional with a positive and engaging interpersonal style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Ag Science/Business, Landscape Maintenance, Forestry, Turf Grass, Environmental Design, Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Two to five years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm.
• Must be able to develop competitive estimates using company estimating system; analyze and perform take offs of blueprints and/ or field measurements, determine material, labor, equipment, and sub-contractors required for projects.
• Passion for client service.
• Superb communication skills; knowledge of Spanish a plus.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000
