Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team in various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various landscape maintenance tasks
- Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work assignments for the team
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, trees, and other landscape features
- Ensure proper irrigation systems are in place and functioning effectively
- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team to ensure high standards are met
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Assist with general groundskeeping duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, tree care, and groundskeeping
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Extensive knowledge of various landscaping techniques and practices
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, digging, and bending
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
