```Duties```
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in performing various landscape installs mostly consisting of hardscapes such as paver patios, boulder walls, retaining walls and walkways.
- Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and client specifications
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and provide guidance and training as needed
- Manage equipment and materials inventory, ensuring that all tools are properly maintained
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for the team

```Requirements```
- Proven experience in landscape installations
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and horticulture practices
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators and dingos.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
