• ranch Management: Manage and provide leadership to your branch managers, ensuring that each branch operates efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with branch managers to develop and achieve their performance targets.O
• perational Excellence: Continuously review and improve operational processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices and safety standards. Implement and maintain quality control measures to deliver high-quality landscape services.R
• esource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and reduce operational costs.B
• udget Management: Develop and manage the district budget, ensuring that all branches meet or exceed financial targets while maintaining profitability.C
• lient Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.T
• eam Development: Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and field teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork.C

equired Education and ExperienceB
