The primary function of the Project Manager is to plan, budget, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects. This position is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Their duties include dividing up their budget for different project aspects and advocating for additional funding when necessary, hiring subcontractors or selecting project team members, and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines. He/she must manage jobs from the time that work begins on the job site to the final day of the project. They are also expected to help make sure that the minimum target gross margin number is achieved.

The Project Manager must be driven to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented company that focuses on compassion, communication and accountability towards the customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform a scope on all assigned projects

• Manage budgets and review job costs

• Order and coordinate the delivery of materials

• Create, keep track of Change Orders

• Manage the labor on all jobs

• Meet daily/weekly with the Site Manager to review active jobs and budgets

• Upsell to customers where applicable

• Obtain quality Before and After job photos

• Obtain a signed certificate of completion, satisfaction survey and final payment at the end of the job

• Update all log notes

• Build relationships with sub-contractors

• Set and manage expectations with the Site Manager

• Provide leadership to their team.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Exchange)

• Takes initiative in solving problems

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
